Waikiki

We flew to Oahu on the 24th and spent a couple of days there. It was so crowded! We stayed at the Marriott Waikiki Beach on the 17th floor, and had a great view of the beach. We went snorkeling and had dinner at a great resturant on top of the Sheraton Waikiki. The resturant was all glass windows and we had a great view of Diamond Head and a fireworks show at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Banyan Tree

One of the neat things we saw in Lahaina, was a Banyan tree. This thing is enourmous. It is one tree that grows up, and then drops roots back down to the ground. It does this over and over again, but is still attached to the main tree. It is a neat site. Aloha!
